For over 30 years Michael I. Littman has been dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals under investigation or charged with a crime by the Federal or State government. I personally handle most all aspects of representing my clients from the initial consultation, investigation, negotiations, and court appearances. I work with other attorneys, my own investigators, and other experts to challenge the government’s version of the facts, visit “crime” scenes, interview witnesses, conduct background checks, research legal issues and appear in Court. Each client receives the necessary time for their case whether charged with a misdemeanor petty theft, DUI, serious felony, conspiracy or complex white collar litigation.
You might have been led to believe you are guilty. I say it depends on what the evidence shows and whether the prosecutor can prove the charges. No attorney can guarantee a result, but I guarantee that I will fight hard for you and be personally available to discuss your case at any time.
